The Beach Cottage

No, this is not the same house! Our customers sold it for $1 and had it moved off their lot.

They loved their family summer cottage, but with children growing up and having families of their own, it just wasn't enough room.

This design is more formal for entertaining and also with the idea that this might be the house to retire in.

The spacious Kitchen opens to the Dining Room. The peek-a-boo fireplace divides dining from a cozy Great Room.

The stone chimney continues on up into a beautiful Master Bedroom.

The Guest Room has all the comforts of home plus a view of the ocean.
