Ho Ho Ho! I can finally say Happy Holidays with some conviction. It's really hard to get in the holiday mood when you're wearing a tee-shirt. Not that I'd ever complain about the weather we've been having, but it does give one pause when you spray the fake snow on your windows and it just melts and runs off!!

Michelle, Paul and I would like to extend our warmest wish for a wonderful holiday season and a fantastic New Year. We're counting our blessings here at the Great Room. 1998 has been a wonderful year and are looking forward to an even better New Year.

Coming up in 1999… In January, be on the lookout for our brand new brochure. It's big, it's full of new pictures, and it's even in color! What it says has not changed as to our beliefs and our process of designing and building; we know we've got that right! We would like to thank all of the families who opened their doors and let us take pictures, and also thank our very talented Sandy Agrafiotis who took those beautiful photographs. We can't wait to send them to you!

Soon after the brochure we will go on line with our new website! This will take a little longer but will definitely link us with the future. We are very excited to see what comes from all of this new material and will let everyone know when the Great Room website is ready! We love showing off our homes, and can't wait to hear what you think of our new format.

Right now we have a few more foundations to get in the ground, then we're all set to "hunker" down for the winter. We have some really beautiful new homes underway, so hopefully, we'll be able to have some winter OPEN HOUSES if the mild weather stays! At any rate, January would be a great time to start designing your new home with us. Michelle has become quite proficient on the computer and it is so much fun to see everything inside and out in 3D!

In closing, we wish you all a healthy, happy and great New Year!
