Dear Friends,

Paul, Doug, and I would like to thank all of you for coming out on a cold day in February to see the Berry's house. This was our first attempt to have an Open House so early in the year. We weren't sure whether anybody would come, but Phyllis assured us she would have the Monopoly board close at hand! As it turned out, Mother Nature was kind, and we had people looking at the house until 4:30. We were thrilled!!

Now, for those adventuresome souls among you, I'm writing this note to tell you of our upcoming Open House. This one is more rugged. It's going to be March 11th in the Exeter house that is under construction. We are in the rough framing stage which means you can get a First Hand Look at what goes on behind the sheetrock. It also means a lot of mud and no heat. A flier will follow this note with all the details.

We've already met with a few of you since the Open House. Doug is madly designing away, while Paul is out looking at land...( I'm in this nice warm office writing this letter - it's a tough job, but somebody had to do it!!!). Don't hesitate to call if we can help you before March 11th.

See You in Exeter.
