WARM WISHES FOR A HAPPY NEW YEAR

We hope your holidays were great and that this new year will bring you the very best. We certainly enjoyed receiving all your cards, notes, and photos. It's great to hear how many of you love your homes - makes us feel real good. We all had some time off but are back to the business of building.

Our newest house is causing quite a stir in Exeter, N.H.. The lot itself has sweeping views of the river and boathouse. It has to be one of the most visible places we've ever built. Everyone who passes by stops to look! You're invited to come by and visit the job site at any time. The site is located on Water Street and Swazey Parkway. Look for our sign.

We had ( and continue to have ) a very active season for Spring builds. We've contracted for two more houses since January 1st to add to our three before Christmas. We're very excited, but, of course, there's always room for more.

After a lengthy discussion ( about 30 seconds ) we decided to forego the Spring Home Show in lieu of an OPEN HOUSE in February. Watch for our ads in the papers, and , of course, our "famous" fliers in the mail.

We are busy in the office with meetings, new designs, and new techniques. Doug has gotten a few models ahead so you can enjoy a 3 - dimensional experience as well as his great drawings.

We'd love to hear from you and look forward to seeing you in February. Paul says there's nothing like being on a job site in January to make your thoughts turn to Spring - so - think Spring!!
