Happy New Year! Is it Spring yet?? The thermometer on my porch this morning read -10*, so I guess it is just a pipe dream to think it’s over - after all, it’s only January 5th! Doug, Paul, and I would like to wish all of you a very Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year. We heard from quite a few of you over the holidays - thanks for the cards and notes. And to Diane and Terry Sweeney, a special wish for good luck in Terry’s new job. Good things are worth waiting for.

We are starting off the new year with a lot of shoveling and cursing thanks to the weather. As we shovel off our walks, Andy and crew are shoveling a whole house out - the roof will be on soon, though, and that will put an end to a seemingly endless task. Meanwhile we’re waiting for a break in the weather to start our new house on Moody Beach. And then, before we know it, we’ll be building houses in Hampton and Brentwood.

Back at the office Doug has been performing his usual magic at his drawing board. He’s developed some new designs and models and is busy making a "village" of his house designs that line the shelves in our conference room. Paul and I ( although I give him 99% credit ) are struggling to implement a new software package for contractors. It has given new meaning to the word patience - which we run out of very often. There is a light at the end of the tunnel so Paul and I can smile at each other at the end of the day ( sometimes through gritted teeth )!

We are seeing quite a few people right now for Spring. If you are interested, please give us a call. The rates are down, and we are ready. In the next few week, you will be receiving fliers for all kinds of new projects. They include developments from 8 lots to 50 lots. For some, we will even be offering house packages. On a smaller scales, we also have house packages on single house lots in Exeter and Stratham. We’re very excited about all these projects. It’s going to be a busy year for us. We’re ready and hope you are, too! We look forward to seeing you at our OPEN HOUSES this Spring.

Stay warm and healthy,

Olivia, Paul, and Doug
