GREETINGS FROM THE GREAT ROOM
Just a quick note of thanks for stopping by our OPEN HOUSE last weekend. We had quite a crowd - over 100 people came to see the Berry home. We hope you got a chance to talk with Phyllis, who has graciously let us show her house over the past five months, plus has promised to open her door for more OPEN HOUSES after she, her husband Doug, and son Nathaniel have moved and settled in. We've booked many appointments for designs, land evaluations, and, of course, land search.
To those of you who are just beginning to think about building or are planning to build in the Spring, NOW is THE T I M E !!!!! It's not too soon to come into our office to discuss your building plans and begin focusing on your design. January and February are great months to get yourself organized and going. We'll be in touch or give us a call - we'd love to hear from you.
